Ingredients
We do not add any artificial ingredients or preservatives to any of our products - we believe in simple, clean, classic recipes, and that the most delicious food starts with real ingredients.
Please note that all our products are made in a kitchen that also processes almonds, cashews, coconut, dairy, gluten, peanuts, and pecans. Our candies, cakes, drink mixes, and preserves may come into contact with these ingredients, even if they do not contain them.
To make things easier for those with allergies, we've listed all the ingredients we use in our candies below:
- Milk Chocolate: Sugar, Cocoa butter, chocolate liquor, milk, vanilla, and lecithin. WI dairy
- Dark Chocolate: Cocoa solids, cocoa butter, and sugar. May also contain vanilla and soy lecithin for flavor and texture. WI dairy
- White Chocolate: Cocoa butter, sugar, whole milk powder, vanilla, and soy lecithin.
- Peppermint Candy: Sugar, Corn Syrup, Natural Peppermint Oil, Water, Natural Color
- Lemon Hard Candy: Sugar, Corn Syrup, Citric Acid, Natural Lemon Oil, Yellow Coloring
- Hard Cherry Candy: Sugar, Corn Syrup, Natural Cherry Flavor, Citric Acid, Red food coloring
- Hard Lime Candy: Sugar, Corn Syrup, Citric Acid, Natural Lime Flavor, green food coloring
- Peanut Butter Powder: Roasted peanuts, sugar, salt
- Coffee: Roasted coffee beans
- Nuts: Pecans, Almonds, Salted Cashews
- Pretzels: Wheat flour, water, yeast, salt, sugar, baking soda, corn syrup preservatives
- Irish Butter: Pasteurized Cream, salt
- Pure Cane Sugar: derived from sugar cane
